In both cases, only the usual bank charges in our bank (Danske Bank, DK) are included in the freight charges. Other charges and possible exchange fees are payable by you so that the amount paid into our account corresponds with the total amount of the order. Processing time: Usually 2-3 working days from receipt of full payment. In case of delays or other unforeseen circumstances we will inform you by e-mail or fax as quickly as possible. Cancellation of an order: It is only possible to cancel orders for which prepayment has not yet been made. Return of amounts paid: Is only possible if there are difficulties in delivery on our part. In such cases, we will pay the costs. If amounts have to be paid back due to errors on your part, the necessary bank charges for the transfer will be deducted. Maximum weight: For orders exceeding 17 kg, the freight charges are not calculated automatically.
