2. Purchase agreement:

When you order goods in our internet shop you request a purchase agreement. The final agreement has not been made until we have processed your order and are able to deliver the goods. This means that Alkymea has the right to reject your order if it turns out that a product is sold out, cancelled or not in stock for some other reason, or cannot be provided. The purchase agreement can be concluded in Danish, German or English. Remember to print or save your invoice as documentation for the agreement.

If you pay by credit card, the amount is not drawn until the product has been shipped. In case of pre-payment by bank transfer or check, the products are not sent until the amount has been registered on our account or we have received your check, respectively.

3. Prices:

The prices in the shop are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euro (EUR) and are always including Danish VAT (25%).

The price stated on the order confirmation is the final price and includes the price of the product, processing, delivery, all relevant taxes and VAT.

The shipping costs are always at the buyer's expense. The shipping costs are continuously shown in the cart as soon as you have placed a product in the cart. Please note that the shipping costs will vary according to weight and destination.

A new invoice forwarded at the customer's request costs DKK 15,00.

Contract customers are referred to the section "Terms of payment for contract customers" below.

Contact customers are referred to the section "6. Terms of payment for contract customers".

5. Delivery:

Shipment of goods takes place via Post Nord.

The time of delivery within the EU depends on the local postal services and will be approximately 5-7 days from the day when we receive your payment. We are doing our best to ship your orders the same day.

If a parcel is returned to Alkymea as "udeliverable" or "not accepted", we charge a fee of EUR 10.00.

If it turns out to be an error on the part of Alkymea or the postal services, Alymea will of course pay all the costs.

6. Terms of payment for contract customers:

Constract customers are our dealers and regular customers who already have an agreement with us to receive an invoice with 14 days' payment period.

Our terms of payment are net cash 14 days. Hereafter we charge 1% interest per month or fraction of a month and EUR 14.00 per reminder.

If payment has not been settled in due time we will at first draw attention to your non-payment by telephone or e-mail.

7. Cancellation rights:

For goods bought and paid for via our internet shop we grant 14 days' return/cancellation right according to the rules in the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven). This period starts the day when you receive the goods by delivery on your address, collection at the post office or collection at Alkymea's address.

If the product has been opened and the sales value has been reduced considerably, the cancellation rights lapse. For skin products with limited shelf-life, i.e. cream, lotion, balm etc. applies that the product must not have been opened at all since there is a risk of contamination of the product.

The cancellation rights do not apply to goods that have been produced or bought especially for you at your request. However, you can cancel your order as long as the production of the goods has not started or the goods to be bought can still be cancelled with our supplier.

If you wish to make use of the 14 days return right you can either

  1. return the purchased goods via Post Danmark or another carrier to Alkymea's address:

    Alkymea, Alsgade 39, 6400 Sønderborg.

If you use this opportunity, it is sufficient to hand over the goods to Post Danmark or the carrier with the period of 14 days. When returning the goods we recommend you to get a certificate of posting or the like to be able to prove that you have cancelled in due time. Remember to use proper packaging so that the product is not damaged.

  2. omit to receive the goods or collect the goods at the post office. Unless otherwise agreed, you must pay the costs (postage/freight) when returning the goods.

Alkymea refunds the amount that you have paid, including the shipping costs of the original delivery.

The shipping costs in connection with the return of the goods are NOT refunded, i.e. the return takes place at your expense.

We do not accept returned goods sent COD.

8. Warranty rights:

As a consumer you have 2 years warranty right on all goods. For goods with limited durability the warranty right is however limited to the shelf-life. It is a precondition that the warranty claim is justified and that the faults are not caused by incorrect use or other damaging behaviour.
The claim must be made within reasonable time after you discovered the fault. The claim is considered to be in due time if it is made within 2 months.
If the claim is justified you are entitled to get a new product or a refund.
If you have a claim, please contact us so that we can find out whether the product needs to be returned to us in order for you to get a refund. This will be estimated in each individual case.

Return address:
Alkymea, Alsgade 39, 6400 Sønderborg.

We do not accept returned goods sent COD.
